CHOI Yoonsuk

CHOI Yoonsuk captures extraordinary moments and objects in the moments through autobiographical episodes in daily life, connecting them to self-portraits. As a visual artist and director, he has held numerous solo exhibitions, including Waiting for A Face (2020, out-sight, Seoul) and Homemade (2018, PLACEMAK, Seoul). CHOI also operates the project Glass Mirror (2016-present) that revolves around artists’ interests. Additionally, he has participated in group exhibitions such as My Sleep (2022, Culture Station Seoul 284, Seoul) and This Event (2020, Seoul Museum of Art, Seoul) and, etc. As a director, CHOI has co-directed Sliding Invitation (2022, QUAD) and Step Up - Hard Disk presented by the National Contemporary Dance Company.
